A device used to replace a missing tooth. They can also be connected to each other to replace multiple missing teeth. It is a replacement tooth system. The implant itself replaces the tooth root and acts as an anchor in the jawbone which can be used to support a replacement tooth crown, via an abutment, or connected to additional implants to support a bridge or removable denture.
